Ingredients

3 to 4 servings
  1. 4 slicesbread
  2. Chilli sauce
  3. 1 cupgrated cheese
  4. Cubed peppers
  5. Cooked chicken cubes (optional)
  6. Origanum

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove crusts from bread...i used a car shaped cutters... (do not waste the crust cut out...simply bake till crisp and use for croutons or even breadcrumbs)

  2. 2

    Spread a layer of chilli sauce on the bread cut outs

  3. 3

    Top with chicken cubes.../or just cheese... peppers and a sprinkle of origanum

  4. 4

    Bake on 180 for a few minutes...cheese should be melted and bread slightly crispy...
