Sago or sabudana is a good source of protein and high in calcium. It has high potassium levels and hence aids cardiovascular system.
This is an instant pudding with touch of tropical fruits. It's healthy and tasty.

Sago or sabudana is a good source of protein and high in calcium. It has high potassium levels and hence aids cardiovascular system.
This is an instant pudding with touch of tropical fruits. It's healthy and tasty.
Steps

Wash and soak sago for an hour.

Boil 1 glass water in a pan. Add soaked sago to it and stir continuously.

Cook it until it forms into clear pearl texture.

Add milk to it. Cook until thick. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cool it until room temperature.

In a serving glass add slices of kiwi and pieces of fruits. Sprinkle sugar powder over it.

Pour sago pudding. Garnish with chopped fruits.

Enjoy chilled sago delight..
