Steps
- 1
Wash the Potatoes, remove any rootlets or bad bits. Leave the peel ON.
- 2
Cut into chip- shaped pieces, or go fancy!! Put into a bowl and lightly spray with the oil. (I used a 50:50 Rapeseed Oil to water mix. Put into a spray bottle for easy use.)
- 3
Mix the chips around with your hands, making sure all the chips are coated. Cook in an air- fryer for 15 minutes on 200 degrees OR Oven bake, medium hot for about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!! Please send comments and / or Cook snaps!!
