Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupSingoda flour
  • 1 tbspRajgira flour full
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • to tasteSendha salt
  • PinchBlack pepper powder half teaspoon
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a bowl mix rajgira flour singada flour,black pepper powder,curd and sendha namak.

    If need add some water but remember it should be thick.

  3. 3

    Heat appe pan pour some mix in this and drizzle some oil over it।

  4. 4

    Cover it and cook.

  5. 5

    After 2minute flip it.

  6. 6

    Drizzle some oil again.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with coconut chutney.
