Cut vegetable as per instruction

In a kadai heat oil add the tadka when splutter add the garlic paste cook fr few min,nw add the dry powders mix well and immediately add the chopped tomatoes along with puree and cook.Add salt and cover the dish and coon till the oil oozes out.

In the mean time slightly saute the onion,capsicum chunks along with mushrooms in a separate pan fr 5-7 minutes

Uncover the kadai and slightly mashed the masala,add the sauted veggies kasoori methi,sugar and cream or fresh beaten malai to the dish and serve.
