Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Add 2.5 tbsp hot oil in the mixture, mix well with your finger tips - 2
Add warm water as required and knead a soft dough. Leave it aside for 25-30 minutes (covered)

Grease chakli maker, fill in dough (if it hardens after 30minutes, add water again knead)
Make spiral chakli on newspaper or butter paper, deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden crisp brown... - 4
