Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1potato medium, boiled and sliced
  • 6 slicesbread
  • 1onion medium, sliced
  • 1cucumber medium, sliced
  • 1small capsicum, sliced
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 4 tspbutter, melted
  • 3 tsptomato sauce
  • 3 tspmayonnaise

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Butter each slice of bread on both the sides.

  2. 2

    Spread the tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

  3. 3

    Place the veggies tomatoes, cucumber, onions, capsicum and potato.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle a generous amount of chaat masala, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder.

  5. 5

    Cover with another slice of buttered bread.

  6. 6

    Place them in a hand help or electric griller and grill until golden.

  7. 7

    Cut veg grilled sandwich and serve.
