  • 5potatoes
  • 2 cupsgram flour
  • 1 TSPsalt
  • 1 cupwater

    Boil the potatoes and cool aside

  2. 2

    Mix the gram flour with water and salt in a bowl

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil

  4. 4

    Slice the potatoes in round slices

  5. 5

    Dip in the mixture of gram flour

  6. 6

    Dip in the hot oil and fry on both side till crunchy

  7. 7

    Serve
