Ingredients

  • 1small sweet potato
  • 1/2 teaspoonsweet cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbspolive

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 230c.

  2. 2

    Peal the sweet potatoes and cut into bite sized cubes.

  3. 3

    Add the potatoes to a small baking dish and toss with the olive oil and cinnamon.

    Roast the potatoes for 30-45 minutes depending how soft baby prefers them. Turn the potatoes occasionally.
