Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgmeat
  2. Tomatoes and oninons(1each)
  3. Oil
  4. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your meat with clean water cut into pieces

  2. 2

    Put in a sufuria with little water then put it on the fire for it to boil for some few minutes

  3. 3

    After boiling and it being dry add some oil and salt deep fry it till golden brown

  4. 4

    Cut your onions and tomatoes add some chilli and salt

  5. 5

    Cook your ugali

  6. 6

    Then the food is ready to be served
