Badnekayi gojju/Brinjal curry
Steps

Wash and cut the brinjal and keep it in the water

Grind the ingredients for masala in to smooth.

Heat oil in a wok add jeera and mustard after mustard splutter and curry leaves and onions.

After onions are done add grounded masala paste and cook for 3 minutes.

Add brinjal and salt mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
- 6
Add tomato puree and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with chapathi.
