An instant dosa to make in jiffy...
Steps

In a broad bowl take the rice and maize flour, salt and mix well.

Add water and bring in to thin batter consistency. Let it be thinner than the regular dosa batter.

In a sauteing pan pour 3 tea spoons of oil and add mustard, curry leaves, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies.

Once they splutter transfer them in to the batter. Add coriander too. Mix well.

Heat Dosa tawa, Grease with oil.

Take ladle full of dosa batter and pour on the tawa starting from the edges in circular motion. Then move towards the centre and then fill up the bigger gaps.

Drizzle a teaspoon of oil around. Cook on both sides,

The crispy Maize flour dosa is ready now.
