Soft and Delicious Pizza
One of my favorite and most loved meals! Even though I didn’t have all my favorite toppings, I still wanted to make it, and thankfully it turned out great. I prefer homemade pizza over restaurant pizza, and this recipe really caught my attention because it’s soft and stays white inside, with a dough similar to restaurant-style pizza. Since I discovered it, it’s become my go-to pizza recipe.

Steps
- 1
Combine all the dry ingredients—flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, and instant yeast—in a large bowl. Add the egg and oil, then gradually add the warm water while mixing until a dough forms. Knead by hand for 10 minutes or use a stand mixer for 5 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until it’s soft, smooth, and holds together. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- 2
Prepare your favorite pizza toppings as you like, such as green bell pepper, onion, shredded carrot, any type of cheese you prefer, hot dogs, olives, or tuna—whatever you enjoy.
- 3
To make the sauce: Grate the onion and sauté it in a little oil in a pan until it turns golden. Grate the tomato and add it to the pan, stirring until it starts to change color. Add 1/4 cup water (about 60 ml) and stir. Then add 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste, black pepper, cilantro, bouillon cube, salt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens. Let it cool slightly. (If you like, while the sauce is still warm, you can add a little curry powder for a curry-flavored pizza.)
- 4
Grease the baking pan with a little oil. If you like, sprinkle a tiny bit of flour on it. Spread the dough evenly in the pan. Use a fork to poke holes in the dough—this helps it rise and bake evenly.
- 5
Spread the sauce over the dough.
- 6
Add your favorite toppings. I used chicken and green bell pepper.
- 7
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- 8
Add your favorite vegetables. I used green bell pepper.
- 9
For the final layer, add more mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of oregano (optional).
- 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) or 330°F (165°C) if your oven runs very hot. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and enjoy!
