  2. 1/2 ozfresh Dill
  3. 1/4 cupsweet onion or shallots
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. Coarse black pepper
  6. Kosher salt
  7. 1/2 cupolive oil
  8. 1/4 cupWhite wine vinegar

    Put all ingredients in food processor. Pulse on high 4-5 times until mixed well. Enjoy!
