  • 1/2 ozfresh Dill
  • 1/4 cupsweet onion or shallots
  • 2 tspsugar
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 1/4 cupWhite wine vinegar

    Put all ingredients in food processor. Pulse on high 4-5 times until mixed well. Enjoy!
