For d caramel, melt sugar in a pan till it turns to brown black colour add a spoon of water, u can add lemon or orange to give u lemon caramel flavour,

Now spread d caramel in a plastic container, den slowly add milk Nd egg mixture, put it in a pot which contains boiling water,, Nd close tide,alow it to steamed for abt ten mins, u can follow same process Nd bake.....
