First wash the sabodana with water and and then sock it in water for 1-2 hr.

After 1-2 hrs strain the water from sabodana and left it for 1/2 hr.

Take a deep pan and put on gas and add milk in it and have a boil in it after a boil add sabodana in it and cook it untill sabodana soft.

After the sabodana cooked add dry fruits sugar, vanila assence, cardamom powder and grated coconut and mix it well now the kheee is ready to serve.
