Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchChopped palak
  2. 2Chopped onion
  3. 1chopped green chilli
  4. 1 cupbesen
  5. To tasteAjwain
  6. To tastered chilli
  7. To tasteDhaniya podwer
  8. PinchTurmaric powder
  9. To tasteGaram masala
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  12. as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl. Now slowly add water till you get desired consistency not too runny or not too strucky.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a deep wok. When oil gets heated put ni pakodas in one go. Fry till gollden brown. Serve with hot coffee.
