1 bunchChopped palak
2Chopped onion
1chopped green chilli
1 cupbesen
To tasteAjwain
To tastered chilli
To tasteDhaniya podwer
PinchTurmaric powder
To tasteGaram masala
To tastesalt
1/2 tspBaking soda
as neededOil for deep frying

Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl. Now slowly add water till you get desired consistency not too runny or not too strucky.
2

Take oil in a deep wok. When oil gets heated put ni pakodas in one go. Fry till gollden brown. Serve with hot coffee.
