Steps

Pour some flour on a plate. Add all of the seasonings and mix it with the flour. Season the fish with pepper and salt. Coat both sides of the fish with the flour seasoning.

Take a frying pan and add some olive oil. When it's hot place in the fillet and let it fry on both sides untill golden brown.

Dabb it with some kitchen paper to remove excess oil
