Peel the potatoes and slice them to small pieces then wash them in salty water.

Precook them for 10 minutes in salty water.

Heat oil,when its hot enough fry the potatoes till crispy,put them on a kitchen towel to drain some oil
- 4
Dice your onions,in a saucepan saute them then add the potatoes and toss them.Serve and garnish with the coriander
