In a double sided grill pan put your mbuzi choma.

Cover the pan, and let the meat cook for about 30 minutes.

No need to add any water, the meat will produce its own water. Add some salt.

Uncover the pan, and on medium heat, the meat will start browning.

Keep turning the meat, till it has all browned up.

Serve with ugali and some greens
- 7
