Cut your chicken and smokies into cubes....pan fry them till they brown in little oil

In the same sufuria, fry your onions and garlic till they turn brown...

Add your spices. Salt included

Add your rice..add water(2 cups)..and gently mix with a fork

Let it cook for about 12 minutes or till ready

Serve with some pickled onions
