Chaats are must on Holi.So enjoy this festival of colours with this colourful & tasteful chaat.
Steps

Mix besan & rice flour together with water to form a semi thick batter.

Add salt & turmeric powder to the batter.Give a good mix.

Now Take washed spinach leaves & dip into the batter.Coat the spinach leaves nicely with the batter & deep fry them.Pakoras are ready.

Assembling of chaat..arrange spinach pakodas in a plate as shown in the picture.Spread over mint chutney,dates chutney,chat masala,chilli powder & sweetened yogurt(whisk yogurt with salt,sugar & chat masala).Finally garnish with Sev,fresh coriander & pomegranate seeds.
