Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1 packeteno (fruit soda)
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1capsicum
  7. To tastesalt
  8. To tastered chilli powder
  9. To tastegaram masala
  10. 1 tsphaldi powder /turmeric powder
  11. as neededghee

Steps

    Take a bowl first, put semolina and curd in it.Now mix them well for a minute. Now put the ino packet in it and mix them for 1 mint.Now take the mold of idli and idli batter in it.Now keep the mold in the microwave for three minutes.

    Now chop onion tomatoes and capsicum And take a pan Now put some ghee in it.Now add chopped onion tomatoes and capsicum and also add salt,red chilli,garam masala,haldi powder. Now cook it well from 10 to 15 min Now put the prepared idli in the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.

    Idli is ready to serve.
