Take a bowl and add malai, curd, capsicum, onion, salt, chilli and black pepper powder and mix it well. If you feel the mixture too thick then add a spoon full of milk to adjust the consistency of the mix.

Take a brown bread slice and put a spoonful of mix on it and spread it on the bread evenly then put another slice on it. Put the sandwich on the grill toaster and let it cook for couple minutes.

One point to note, if you are not using a nonstick grill then put some grease on both outer sides of the sandwich so they won't stick to the grill. Just a couple minutes and your grilled veg sandwich is ready to enjoy.
