1 cupgrated gobhi
2bread slices
1 tspoil
1 tspgreen chilli chopped
2 pinchchat masala
2 pinchred chilli
2 pinchajwain
1 tspgreen coriander
1 pinchhing
2 pinchcuminseeds
1/2 cup potato crisps

Take a pan add oil then oil heat add hing jeera and ajwain crackle then addall ingredients mix and saute for 2 minutes.

Take a bread slice spread gobhi masala and cover with another slice.

Then grill in brown colour.

Then serve roasted gobhi sandwich with potato crisps.
