Heat oil and 2 spoon butter in a frying pan

Add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste and onions

Saute for 3-4 minutes and add capsicum

Saute for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes

Add carrot, beetroot,peas and potatoes

Mix well and mash with a masher

Add salt,red chilli powder,pavbhaji masala and lemon juice

Mash well with a masher and switch off the flame

Let it cool

Spread prepared bhaji on a bread slice and grate cheese over it

Apply butter on a grilling pan and grill sandwich from both sides

Prepare all sandwiches like this and serve with sauce.
