Steps

Wash all the vegetables properly

Put the washed veggies in ice cold water for 2 mins and strain them till completely dry.

Season the chicken and steam/boil/grill it and cut it in small dices.

Now mix all the ingredients under dressing in a small bowl and chill it for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Now hand Toss all the vegitable and the chicken.

Add the dressing to the mix and combine with soft hands.

Add the peanuts in the end and serve cold.

Alternatively you can use tofu instead of chicken for a vegetarian substitute.
