Steps

Wash and cut Zucchini into thin round slices

Transfer the zucchini in a bowl then add mixture of all spices, maida and besan over it.

Add little water and mix it, let it undisturbed for 5-6 mins. so that zucchini absorb the spices.

Now transfer all the zucchini slices coated with spices to a hot greased pan. Cover and Cook it for 10 mins on low flame, if required flip the sides of zucchini.

Once it's cooked, serve hot Masala zucchini with parantha
