Ingredients

  • 250 gmsall purpose flour
  • 4 tbssugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Lemon rind
  • 1 cupwarm milk
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the lemon

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl well.

  3. 3

    Add in the wet ingredients then stir well to a runny soft paste

  4. 4

    Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, followed by the pancake paste and heat till brown then turn the other side.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
