First grate apples and take few pomegranate seeds.soak moong dal overnight and keep it for 2 days to sprout.

Take hung curd in a bowl.add sprouts.

Now add pomegranate seeds & grated apple.add mayonnaise,honey, mustard,salt and pepper.now add chopped celery and spring onion greens.coleslaw filling is ready

Tak two brown bread slices and toast them till crisp

Apply butter on one slice.place iceberg lettuce on another slice and top with be coleslaw filling

Garnish with pomegranate seeds, sprouts and serve....enjoy
