Ingredients

  • 250 gbrown sugar
  • 75 gbutter
  • 75 gdark chocolate
  • 2eggs
  • 100 gplain flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Over a slow heat melt the butter and chocolate in a sauce pan

  2. 2

    Whisk the sugar and eggs till mixture is pale and creamy

  3. 3

    Pour in the warm melted chocolate into the egg and sugar mixture

  4. 4

    Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in gently

  5. 5

    Line a 20×8 baking tray with either plain butter or butter papper greased

  6. 6

    Bake for 25 mins in a pre heated over at 190℃
