This is the dish to be made in hurry, when you are running out of fresh veggies . This is a different version or more specific Hyderabadi version of egg bhurji made in every Hyderabadi home but but.......... Interesting point is u r not going to find this in restaurants:-):-P . My husband really finds excuses to make this dish. Very easy ,tasty , 2 main ingredients, it's served with Hyderabadi khichdi. #myfirstrecipe

Cut onions into thin long slices.

Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Fry till golden brown. Be careful at this step if you do not brown it properly it won't taste good or if u burnt it then dish is going to be in trash.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry

And salt, turmeric and chilli powder and saute it on medium flame

Now add the eggs one after other. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over eggs. Now wait do not scramble it until it is just about to be firm

At this point scramble it gently and cook for 2 more minutes after closing lid. Your tasty khageena is ready
