Ingredients

1h30 minutes
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 4 TSPanchor yeast instant
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 500 mlwarm water
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Sprinkle of dry parsley

Steps

1h30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add your flour, yeast, salt sugar dry parsley and add warm water then mix using your hands kneel the dough until it mixed well then cover it and let it rise and once it has raised then kneel again.

  2. 2

    Take a pot and pour water let it boil then on you plastic bowl grease it with margarine then pour your dough and let your idombolo to cook until it's smells and take a knife to check the it cooked if you poke it and the knife come back dry with out a wet dough it's cooked perfectly.

  3. 3

    Remove it and let it cool then slice it then serve it

I don't understand instructions in step 2. Do you boil dough in boiling pot water?
