First of all take two separate boul, put egg yolk, mix half tea spoon of salt in each boul, also few coriander leaves, chopped spring onions.

Now chopped all vegetable salad, separately.

After than take a flat tava, put on the gas flame, put one spoon oil here, when heated make omelet separately. Then keep out into plate.

Then spread tomato sauce in one omelet, put all chopped green salad. Add pomegranate seeds, spread green chutney, then sprinkle chat masala over it.

Now put another omelet over it. Garnish with tomato sauce and cut into the shape of fish and serve it.
