Mix the masa harina, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder together.

Gradually add the warm water while mixing.

Knead until the dough is smooth, then let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Flatten each ball with a tortilla press, making them thicker than a regular tortilla.

Fry for a few minutes on each side, then drain on paper towels.

Fill with beans, cheese, pork cracklings, potatoes with chorizo, eggs, or any filling you like.
