Ingredients

  • Mandazi self raising flour
  • Magarine
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Cooking oil
  • Warm water
  • 5eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix unga,sugar,magarine,

  2. 2

    Stir the dry mixer well.....then add cooking oil and abit of water

    Mixed the dough until its ready then add the lemon juice in it.

    Roll the dough then cut into pices

    Place the dough into hot cooking oil in Sufuria

    Serve with soda or juice
