  2. 2 tbsmilk
  3. Boiled arrowroots
  4. Pinchsalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

    Slice the Arrowroots and cover them in the egg mixture.

    Heat a little oil in the pan and add the covered Arrowroots. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
