Carrot vermicelli stuffed sandwich roll is very healthy recipe . I have made it with brown bread and all healthy stuffing .

First for stuffing - in pan take 2 tsp oil,now add carrom seeds and garlic cloves.Then add grated carrot cook for 2 minutes. Then add boiled vermicelli.then add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Turn off the gas.Stuffing is ready.

Now for chutney - in a grinder,add coriander leaves,green chilli,onion,garlic clove,cumin seeds,lemon juice and salt.Grind well. Green chutney is ready.

Now for sandwich roll - take one brown bread and apply 1 tsp green chutney all over it.Now put 1 tsp stuffing on one side of bread and roll it and make a roll. Repeat this process and make more rolls.

Now in a pan take 2 tsp oil and put these rolls on pan and cooks from all sides.cut these rolls into half and serve.

You can make normal sandwich too.Just take two brown bread.Apply some green chutney on one brown bread piece and put stuffing on it.Put another bread piece on it. Grill this on pan with some oil. Cut into center.Serve hot.
