  1. Halftuber water yam
  2. 4pepper
  3. 1onion
  4. 1Maggi
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Vegetable oil

  1. 1

    Peel yam, wash and grate. Wash pepper and onion and pound, then add into the grated yam, add maggi and salt and give a good mix until well blended.

    Heat up oil and allow to get hot, then using a spoon drop the yam mix in bits and fry until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy.
