Steps

Take maida and milk powder and mix it properly now add milk and prepare a watery consistency batter and leave it for 10-15 min

Now take a deep pan add sugar and water

Now we preare sugar syrup,when it start to sticky then it is ready cool it

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan,now place one ladle full batter in it and fry till golden brown from both sides

Now dip one by one malpua in sugar syrup and serve hot.
