1toasted bread slice
4-5thinly slices of cucumber
2thinly sliced onion
3-4tomato thin slices
As requiredSalt and pepper for seasoning
2 tbspketchup
1 tbspgrated beetroot (boiled)
2 tbspnylon sev for garnish
As neededButter

Toast the bread slice

Apply butter and place it in a plate
3

Apply little tomato ketchup and place the sliced vegetables
4

Sprinkle salt and pepper as per liking
5

Top up with nylon sev for the crunch
6

Serve with tea or coffee
