Ingredients

  • 1toasted bread slice
  • 4-5thinly slices of cucumber
  • 2thinly sliced onion
  • 3-4tomato thin slices
  • As requiredSalt and pepper for seasoning
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 1 tbspgrated beetroot (boiled)
  • 2 tbspnylon sev for garnish
  • As neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the bread slice

  2. 2

    Apply butter and place it in a plate

  3. 3

    Apply little tomato ketchup and place the sliced vegetables

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt and pepper as per liking

  5. 5

    Top up with nylon sev for the crunch

  6. 6

    Serve with tea or coffee
