Take boil egg then grate and mixed cornflour,rice flour,besan and all spices mix add little water mix and make a dough keep a side.

Take a crushed cornflakes,2tsp cornflour and salt mix keep a side.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat flame r slow.

Take a dough make a ball flat in your palm add mozerella cheese and seal then egg shape binding.

Then coat with cornflakes and fry for both sides slow heat.

Then serve with tomato ketchup and tamarind sauce.
