Ingredients

  • 1 ltr Milk
  • 250 gramsrice
  • To tastesugar
  • As neededDry fruits
  • 2- (3 piece)elaichi/cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add milk and boil for 7 to 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Then add rice and elaichi and cook for half an hour and then add sugar and cook for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Then add dry fruits and kheer is ready.
