Ingredients

  1. 300 gramschicken breast
  2. 2eggs
  3. 5 tbsppanko
  4. 1/2 tbspSriracha sauce
  5. 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 3 tbsprunny honey
  8. 1 tbspwater
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tsppepper
  11. 2 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken breast and scrub with salt

  2. 2

    Simply beat the chicken to create a smoother texture

  3. 3

    Cut chicken into 2 inch size chunk, set aside

  4. 4

    Mix the eggs, salt and pepper into a medium sized bowl

  5. 5

    Fill up a plate with panko

  6. 6

    Now dip the chicken chunks into egg mixture followed by panko

  7. 7

    Deep fried for 1 minute until golden brown

  8. 8

    Transfer chicken chunks into oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200C

  9. 9

    As for the sauce, prepare a saucepan and heat up olive oil

  10. 10

    Fry the chopped garlic until golden, put in remaining ingredient to cook for 2 minutes

  11. 11

    Ready to serve
