Paprika Roast Chicken with carrots

Preheat oven to 375 F

Combine paprika, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to mixing bowl..and mix.

Lightly brush chicken thighs with olive oil

Rub chicken thighs with spice mixture
- 5
Place carrots in baking dish, and drizzle w/ olive oil, and mix with a wooden spoon

Place thighs on top of carrots
- 7
Bake uncovered for about 50-60mins
