I started with chapatis.knead the dough for five minutes and add flour if needed and let it settle for sometime.put it in a bowl and add some oil and knead to mix up untill soft set into balls and place it on a flat surface,brush the circular chapati with oil on top and pan fry

I decided to boil my kienyeji chicken while cooking my fried rice...

And now my chicken is almost I used the same pan because I thought of using the fat from chicken so I added my chopped onion and fried in the chicken untill the turned soft and little bit brown then I added my pounded ginger and garlic salt and black pepper then fried until it was aromatic for almost 30 seconds..add now the tomatoes and cook for 5 mins untill they are soft then add a cup of water and leave it to boil.it's ready.

In my pot of potatoes I boiled for 10 minutes and selected a few of the potatoes to make potatoe wedges now the rest I left it to cook....my recipe for wedges was simple I sliced the big ones into two then mixed them with blueband black pepper salt and bread crumbs and bake for 30 mins

Now my potatoes are ready for making (irio)I mashed my potatoes with blueband and a piece of boiled corn then mixed with blended kahurura and added fried calcot to make it tasty...now am done and ready to serve
