Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 7eggs
  • 250 gbutter
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Halfteaspoon butterscotch flavour
  • Pink food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy,add the eggs,one at a time,mix well,add the flavour

  2. 2

    Sift the flour and baking powder then add to the egg mixture to achieve a uniform batter.divide the batter into 3 and add the pink food color to 2/3 of the batter

    Now get your pan,grease,alternatively,add in two spoon/scoop of the pink coloured batter at the center of the pan then 1 spoon of the plain coloured batter(as if making a zebra cake),as you are adding,shake the pan a little to enable the batter settle then continue adding your batter,once your done,put it in a preheated oven then bake.
