Steps

Parboil rice and set aside

Parboil fish and fry as well and set aside.

Fry ur tomatoes withe the oil until its dried...add. up all ur ingredients and required amount of water for the rice

Taste for salt and allow to boil,then add ur rice and cook until is soft and dried

Then serve with ur fish and veggies.

Remember the veggies was parboiled with pepper,fresh tomatoe sliced and sallt(optional)
