Ingredients

  • 2whole smoked Milk fish, flaked (you can use any smoked fish)
  • 2small Turnip, diced
  • 2medium onion, diced (you can use red, white or yellow)
  • 4medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1Green Mango, diced
  • Lumpia wraper
  • Pepper
  • dip
  • 1/2 cupJapanese Mayo
  • 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients, season with pepper. No need to add salt because smoked fish was already salty.

    Wrap in Lumpia wrapper

  3. 3

    Deep fry and served with mayo-garlic dip

  4. 4

    For the dip: mix all ingredients
