Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup mawa / khoya
  • as neededStrawberry crush
  • as neededGhee
  • 1 tsp roasted poppy seeds
  • if neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind cashew nuts & mava in mixer grinder into smooth powder

    Add strawberry crush as needed in cashew & mava mixture to prepare puran for poli

    Take wheat flour in a bowl add 1 tsp ghee,roasted poppy seeds and knead a soft dough by adding strawberry crush as needed sprikle little water and knead a dough till soft

    Make round ball from the dough roll it like poori fill puran in center seal with fingers and roll again

    Cook on tava applying ghee on both sides on slow flame.
